How it works

Our step by step guide on our process from start to finish for your garden room, summer house or home office

You might have some questions as to how this process works. We would too.

To enjoy the experience of having your garden room, summerhouse or homeoffice constructed exactly as you would like, take a look at our step by step guide on what we do and how we do it.

We work with you every step of the way to make sure that you are amazed at your final project.

Stage 1

Measure the size of the plot you have available in metres. Give us that size along with your choice of style. If you can also supply some images of the site that would be great. If you're close enough we will do a site visit. The result of stage 1 is that you will receive a quote for your project.

Stage 2

When the quotes right for you we will require a 70% deposit. This will secure your installation date. Please allow between 1-2 weeks for install. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate! This is your last chance to add optional extras - see the extras here.

Then we get to work. All our work is bespoke and created by highly skilled and experienced craftsmen.

Stage 3

The week before your install we will check in and confirm its ok with you.

After that we will come to site and carefully rebuild your garden room, summer house or home office.

The final 30% payment will be due only after you are completely amazed by your new space.
