"From actually getting in touch with this company from start to finish I can’t recommend these guys enough.
My initial phone call was to ask Mark for advice and he straight away said that they would come out for a site visit. We sat down and had a good chat and I told them how I wanted it to look I said I want the WOW factor and we got exactly that at the end of it all. Mark took all measurements and the things we wanted and went away to work the price out, he rang me and said he had worked the price out and would email it all over to us.
The quote came and we had a good look at it the only thing that we were anxious about was the deposit of £11000 upfront which is a lot of money to give to someone you don’t really know, Mark, assured us and explained that he had to buy all the materials in to build what we wanted and obviously if we decided to cancel 2 months down the line he would be out of pocket and stuck with everything.
After asking people I know about this company who have had them before we paid the deposit. They gave us a date and they were there exactly on that day. I had already had a guy come in and put me a concrete base down Mark and the team set to work straight I was really surprised when I got home from work to see how much they had progressed with the build.
These guys worked their socks off from early morning to late finishing to get the job done. Every day I asked for add ons with the build and they obliged. Now completely finished inside and out we are really pleased with the building.
Our friends and family have been to view and everyone who sees it says WOW it looks awesome. Thanks to Mark. Ian and Steve from FCDHL I would highly recommend this company to anyone"
